Great venue, particularly good location near to the center of things and restaurants and shopping and Melrose arch, truly enjoyed our stay. The a double room was spacious, included a rain shower and a shower.

The rooms were neat and extremely spacious with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was excellent, within a close distance from an International cricket stadium. And the area was secure, just next door to the center and close to restaurants and Sandton.

Good location just next door to the center of things, restaurants and shopping, and Melrose arch, it's central. March Restaurant, where you can eat, is just a short walk away from from here. I chose this hotel for attending a conclave because it provided the premium business facilities I needed. The meeting rooms were state-of-the-art and well-equipped, making it easy for me to conduct my business meetings effectively. The location within the Melrose Arch Precinct was also convenient and offered a vibrant atmosphere for networking opportunities.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with support staff. Although the hotel had excellent meeting rooms, I would have appreciated having a separate space with facilities like printers, scanners, and administrative assistance to handle any last-minute needs or urgent tasks.

Food for breakfast could be improved by including it in the price, like other hotels in the area. Paying an additional fee for breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially when we didn't end up eating it.

The fact that breakfast was not included in the price is a bit of a disappointment, especially when some hotels in the area offer bed and breakfast packages as standard. the underground parking can be a bit of a hassle, as you need to pay for it every time you leave the hotel and it can add up quickly.
